Street Arts and Crafts - Crafts as an illegal object in city spaces

BornholmCraftWeeks

10 Sep – 22 Oct 11:00 AM–2:00 PM
Rønne

This exhibition is inspired by city spaces and the concept of ownership. Who owns the streets and how do we create a sense of community? We explore the recognisable crafted objects in the street frame and via these take a closer look at the perception of ownership in the communal space.

The artists in this exhibition is ceramist Ann Charlotte Skogøy, ceramist Cathrine Hirsvang, Maria Mai Paulsen and street artist Blød Lykke / Soft Happiness. The exhibit is curated by Klodekær by DitteMarie Koudal.

The complete exhibition will be accessible during klodekær’s usual opening hours all weekdays 11 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. and Sat. 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.

It is possible to view parts of the exhibition at all hours in the streets surrounding klodekær.

You are welcome to the vernissage on September 10th.
