Textile, Ceramics and Photography.
Six Craft Makers and a Photographer come together in a group exhibition exploring the theme of Texture.
Texture brings us closer. It invites intimacy and encourages us to move beyond the surface – to discover depth, truth, and authenticity, whether in an object, a material, or a maker’s story.
At the same time, texture reminds us of distance – of what we choose to approach, what we hesitate to touch, and where we draw the line.
This exhibition presents texture as a universal language of craft, where materials are connected through the touch of the hand. That touch reveals the process behind the work and opens up a space for dialogue.
Texture is presented by seven artists who explore tactility, structure, and connection. Through their work with surfaces, materials, and forms, they create pieces that invite both visual and physical interaction – pieces that are meant to be seen and felt.
Participating artists:
Ceramicists In Kyong Lee and Anna Havskov, textile artists Iben Birch Bech, Ann Charlott Skogøy, Stine Godt, and Timmi Kromann – together with photographic artist Anne Lass.
