Tastes & Craft of Bornholm

Discover the essence of Bornholm as local flavours meet exceptional craft. This exclusive experience invites you to sense, taste, and engage as we travel through a curated menu of nature, storytelling, and culinary artistry – presented by some of the island’s finest Craft makers and chefs. 

Hop on the bus and let yourself be guided through an afternoon filled with handcrafted objects, island ingredients, and the stories that tie them together.

The tour includes a visit to the Bornholm Center for Craft and a seated dinner at Det Røde Pakhus, where chefs will present their culinary creations served on locally made craft tableware.

14:00–14:10 Start at Bornholm Welcome Center
14:10–15:00 Bus to Hasle, with a short stop and stories about local herbs
15:00–17:00 Visit to Bornholm Center for Craft. Enjoy sparkling cider and small bites in the Unika Shop. Director Lene Havtorn Larsen gives a guided tour of the exhibitions, and Tobias and Lene from the glass studio Glød share their unique techniques.
17:00 Bus to dinner and storytelling at Det Røde Pakhus 17:30
